To help you get the most out of Teams, we’re following a classic Think – Pair – Share model.
- THINK – Watch short teaching videos whenever and wherever it works best for you and begin to reflect on how the ideas presented relate to your own unique leadership context.
- PAIR – In our Zoom cohort times, connect with like-minded leaders to chew these new ideas over together, swapping stories and sparking new insights along the way.
- SHARE – The best way to learn is to teach someone else! The tools presented each week are simple and practical enough to begin working into your team rhythms immediately.* We love hearing about the new understandings and confidence you gain!
We’ll also invite you to meet for an hour of 1:1 coaching towards the course’s end, to process your individual situation more personally. (This is included in the course cost.)
By course completion, you’ll be equipped and ready to lead in ways that match your deepest values and move your organization towards its most important goals!
